Available under the GNU Lesser General Public License the utility packages described here have been developed in the course of other package development, but are considered to be sufficiently innovative and useful to be issued in their own right.
They are available under the LGPL to allow their general use without any unnecessary commercial restrictions. It is hoped that this will encourage developers to at least try these packages.
